Why don't we all have these damn things? - BLINGMW - 08-01-2007

Super GoQuad 46. They're like, $800 and fit in your trunk. 4.5 HP, 30MPH top speed. We could set up racetracks with cones and really hurt ourselves. How could that not be fun? Screw regular "real" karts, these are so cheap! I hadn't heard of these before, found while looking into GoPed racing (Thanks Kaan & Rex  )

I'm cutting RJ off at the pass. We CANNOT race these in the neighborhood.

We can, however, race them everywhere else. We should all buy them.

^^ Awesome. I actually really want one of those GoPed things.

That thing looks like a disaster waiting to happen.

I think it's designed to eject the passenger in a safe fashion. Certainly no worse different than a damn GoPed or pocketbike.

- PDenbigh - 08-02-2007

I think I could graft my saparco circuit to that. I'm in!

- Scott - 08-02-2007

does that thing have plastic wheels?

- BLINGMW - 08-02-2007

haha yes. Plastic hub, rubber tire. The awesome part is that the whole thing, with a bearing, is only ~$19 :!:

Clearly, the tires don't have a ton of grip, I guess a plastic wheel is all you need:

BTW, that 50cc Honda looks fun too, but at only 42lbs, this whole kart is less than half the weight of that bike.

- BLINGMW - 03-19-2008

OKOKOK, I found another thing we ALL need. The MadAss:

There's one in Richmond I could bring back with me this weekend, we could all take it off some sweet jumps after karting!

*edit* scratch that, they make a 125 too!

and an off road version
