With the formation of TrackDaze you can be sure to expect the same high quality, fun, and exciting event as we put on under the CAC-NorEast R32 banner...We have tried to take the best of all of our experiences at track events and put them all together in what we hope will continue to be a great HPDE program.

I would also like to announce that our August 2007 VIR full course HPDE registration is now open on the new website.

I was until I realized it was on a Thursday/Friday. I think I'm going to do the Mazdadrivers instead. It's the Sat/Sun immediately after.

i signed up to instruct awhile ago, but i cant do the mazdadrivers event because i'm goin to jenn's friend's wedding

I think they have closed registration for this now (at least for beginner). I got an email saying they were looking for more instructhos so they could get more students.

I believe the 'Lodge' Rooms are the 'hotel' and not the 'above garage' rooms. Last year they were charging the same rate for either the lodge room or above garage room (garage not included) (same kind of room though)

Sandy runs all of it so you call the same number. Are you going to this Maeng? Why not the MazdaDrivers that weekend. Trackdays on Sat/Sun>Thursday/Friday.

shea, i reserved a room in the trackside suites for wed and thurs night. they didnt have anything for above those garages but its the same rate for the suites. you wanna split it?

So you got a room in the lodge? I also called.. so it will be ~$95.00 a night there or $75.00 a night at the Sleep Inn in Danville. What would you prefer?

i'm down with either. i like being close to the track so we can just roll out of the room and be right there, but i can also understand if you're on a tight budget. plus sleep inn is close to gas stations/grocery store in case we need some food or water or some stuff like that.
oh yeah, and the lodge is $85 for wed night and $95 for thurs night if that sways your opinion at all

Honestly I will do whatever you prefer. I'm willing to pay the bit extra and will perhaps go out to town for gas at the end of the day despite where we are staying. The prices you were told are better than the ones they told me so we can stick with your room. :lol: I'm going to try and invest in a tent so we can have some extra shade in our paddock. I'll chat further about this when it gets closer but the lodge seems to be a wise choice. Hope I can get some of my new found parts installed in time for this one... my DS2500s now scare people coming to redlights. :?

I'm going to have a few things I want to prep on the car when I get there so I was hoping to have some light left. I'll probably just end up setting up paddock and hanging out. Want me to save you a spot where I set up? It shouldn't be too packed since there won't be all the race guys there.

yeah, save me a spot... although last time we did a trackdaze (aka R32 club) event, the paddock wasnt full by any means, VIR's paddock is bigger and its a thurs/friday event.
