Bullitt was an alright movie made cool only by McQueen himself. Brad Pitt is cool but he's not McQueen. Has Hollywood stopped all pretenses of originality?

They're going to try and "remake" the iconic car chase? Sacrilege. I must've watched that chase scene 100 times when I was a kid. Nevertheless I'll probably end up watching it on DVD or something, but this is a new low. Leave the classics alone

Well shit, if Brad Pitt is going to do Bullit he needs to start entering motocross races under a pseudonym and maybe do the 24 Hours of Le Mans in a Porsche RS Spyder. Then maybe he'd have enough cred to do the movie.
