Blowed up my first thing at work - BLINGMW - 06-27-2007
At work, sometimes I test components that have come back from the field to see why they failed. I gave the engineers a good laugh today (and everyone else that stopped by to see why the lights flickered and what the smell was) when I hooked up 120VAC to this lighting controller card that requires 24VAC. There was a nice little flame there. :oops:

you just need a bottle of wire smoke to refill the board and you'll be all set!
