Sushi is cool. There's Todai in FairOaks. All you can eat sushi. It's sort of expensive, though.

There's also an Arigato at Fair Lakes.

My recommendation would be Yama in Vienna.

Most sushi joints sell cooked animal too. Although cooked is a relative term for me...
