Despite its innovation, Toyota execs are continuing to struggle with the offset of decreased carbon monoxide emissions by methane gas produced by the new pickup prototype.

Hardly low emissions. Tongue

Did you know methane from livestock contributes to the buildup of greenhouse gases more than all the cars in the world combined?

- .RJ - 06-15-2007

Time for hybrid livestock

I don't know about you guys, but I'm disappointed that Toyota's new LE trucks are only 6 oxen-power.

Oddly enough that looks somewhat familiar, haha. When we had our farmhouse it sat on about a 4 acre plot that we would mow with our cattle grazing around it on another ~120 acres. When we mowed the grass we would always pick it up with a grasscatcher and unload it into an old ford truck bed that we modified to have a hitch on the front so we could hook it to our tractor. We had a big board that went across the front of the truck bed with ropes through both ends so when we took the grass clippings up in the field we could just tie the rope around a tree and drive away with the tractor and the board would pull all the grass off. Only hard part was getting the cattle to get out of your way long enough to retrieve the board from the massive pile of grass. Ahhh, memories.

Looked very similiar, cept with a tractor instead of a livestock.....and a ford instead of toyota.

HAHA my roomate just picked up a shirt from target with that on it...

i like how toyota employed an "intelligent" 24-hoof drive, full time system. this is leaps and bounds above previous 4 wheel systems.

i've heard that the steering response is pretty sluggish, as well as powertrain response.

I'm not sure I want to work on these new trucks at work.
