My intern today hooked me up with this, and it's pretty freakin amazing. One of his fraternity brothers from GMU put it together after lots of calling / visiting / research. I'm not sure how up to date it is, but it has basically every single bar in the DC area that anyone goes to and their happy hour specials. It's broken down by day of the week, area, and time of day.
Anyone interested in a copy? The disclaimer is that I'm not taking any credit for putting it together or any of the work that went into it, but it's so cool that I just couldn't resist passing it on. Send me a PM with your email if you want it.

I wonder if it's a rendition of the HH xls that got passed around years ago (~1998 ) - I've seen the same thing cycle around and get updated over the years. Post it up - I can still comment on some of the items.
And what do you care Chris? You still live in bumfuck and would come out less than I would even though I live in SD...
