That's awesome, but it blows, too.
The dude obviously tried to cover it up, got caught, and it's no foul because he had 24 hours to decide that covering it up was wrong and get in contact with the other car's owner?
Next time I get a parking ticket I'm going to try that one... "No, your honor, precedent states that I get 24 hours to decide that I probably should have parked my car somewhere else."

Three hours after I registered my st00k, I took my buddy out to lunch in it. Some lady came in while we were macking on delicious Subway sandwiches and asked if anyone owned a Honda. I completely forgot that I did and only went out as she was pulling away. Like a foot of paint was missing from/scratched on my bumper, and I had to sprint well over 100 yards to get the bitch.
Only asked because she thought she might've been seen. Left no note.
