I finally got my degree Saturday. I was on the 17 year plan.

What a great feeling!

Speaker left a lot to be desired. I am sympathetic to the troubles around the world but in a celebration of a proud accomplishment and preparation for the rest of one's life the phrase "thousands of children dying every day" should be limited to 2 times in a speech, perhaps less.

oh yeah, don't rush to start working like i did... i started the monday after graduation and really do wish i had those free vacation days... it was cool being the first to get a paycheck and all, but my friends got to sit on couches all day.
