There's a few in Northern VA already and i've seen one that's unmarked with no antenna (but the rear strobes are there - dark blue).

elkton has one, really pimp looking, black with white and blue graphics. then i saw the state popo one at the state fair, very nice looking, and intimidating with 340hp
