1250 ft-lbs! YEAH!

$300 for a 51cc engine?? Damn, that seams cheap! Time to build that shifter car for the baby Smile.

- Mike - 02-26-2007

the regular ones do what? 150? so that's 8 times the power for only 3 times the price! BRILLIANT!

- Apoc - 02-26-2007

I bet that works wonders on hub bolts.

- Kaan - 02-26-2007

Smile your wheels would never come off!

<ugh>More Power!</ugh>

I have 0 use for that thing, other than the cool factor. Althought...

what other excuse do you need? its got 1250 ftlbs of nut busting torque. you could probably use that with a 1" drive whisk attached to the end of it to mix up some baby formula instantly

- HAULN-SS - 02-26-2007

I'd hate to be hanging onto it when I hit that bolt that just wont budge.

- white_2kgt - 02-26-2007

Its in impact, it'll be like holding onto a jackhammer Smile

- HAULN-SS - 02-26-2007

oh yeah, true. I was thinking more drill.

- Jeff - 02-26-2007

My IR impact has 1000ft pounds of torque... But it was $265. It also lacks the weed-wacker engine.

- ScottyB - 02-26-2007

that's so absurd, i love it! there's gotta be some great unintentional uses for that thing.

"Binford Cordless Impact complete with Binfords Sneaky Pete 2000 nitrous system"

I'm with Jeff though, I'll stick with my IR with 1000 lb ft. At least when it gets old it won't be a bitch to pull start.

Like mowing a 1/4 acre lot with a riding mower? Wink

but that's an air gun! That's cheating. And far from cordless. Tongue This is much better suited for camping trips.

- Jeff - 02-27-2007

Best cordless impact I have EVER used is the 18V from Snap-On. I have seen it break loose some crazy rusted bolts. The 18V Drill/Impact kit is like $800...but well worth it. We have actually used it instead of air at the shop because we were too lazy to turn the air on.

1/2 acre bitch, and I also use it to plow!

- John - 02-28-2007

I can't believe HF is still in business with the crap they put out - nothing works more than after a handful of uses. You get what you pay for...

- Maengelito - 02-28-2007

i've got an impact gun that was *rated* at 220 ftlbs. while i dont think it ever put out that much torque, it still works well. my HF jack still works well and i've only had to bleed it and refill it with oil one or two times. aside from that, my HF stuff has held up fine
