repair site? - Chris - 06-02-2004 Is there a good site for looking up specific honda repairs? I know I've seen Dave and Baggio with sites with step-by-step removal or installation instructions. - Maengelito - 06-02-2004 you could look for the helms manual in pdf form. i remember seeing a site awhile ago with a lot of honda/acura files in pdf format, but i cant remember which site it was... - .RJ - 06-02-2004 what do j00 need to know?
- Chris - 06-02-2004 well if you remember on the way down to CMP my AC tensioner pulley and the outer bolts fell off. I bought a pulley a while back and have been trying different bolts to hold it on. They always are too tight and the thing squeals when i turn on the AC. So i ordered the honda parts- a large washer type part and a nut that both fit on the outer part of the pulley. I put them on today and I either tighten it to where it won't spin or its too loose and works its way off. I have a diagram of the whole setup from the honda dealer but I still don't know what I'm doing wrong. - .RJ - 06-02-2004 www.hondaautomotiveparts.com Order the correct hardware

- Chris - 06-02-2004 I have the right hardware, I got it from the dealer. The problem is figuring out how to tighten it so it can still spin. yeah I usually don't use AC bc it takes away my power (haha yeah laugh it up), I just want it fixed. - Dave - 06-03-2004 Chris Wrote:well if you remember on the way down to CMP "I locked them shits up!" - Chris - 06-03-2004 yes yes indeed I did... that damn flat spot on my fronts was still there this past thurs when i rotated them. finally the vibration at 80-90 mph is gone! |
