talked to the guy, car is an 88 M3 with a engine out of a 95 M3 (S50B30) with 92k on it and a tranny out of a 96 M3 with around 60k on it. Interesting car...

AHAHAHAH an 1988 car with a swapped engine w/ 92k miles and 12k miles? You bmw guys must be on crack, I wouldnt pay that for a 95 m3 with 92k miles.

Yeah but to find an e30 M3 with a swap like this at this price is much more rare than a 95 M3.

If it were sorted (and didn't have that hideous front end...I hope it's not all welded together), it's definitely worth the money. I'd want to see it in person though - that (I'm assuming) painted interior and other stuff is questionable.
