Hey guys, my name is Matt Powers, and I've done a fair amount of work on Hondas, I drive a 1989 CRX with a B16a in it, but I'm living on campus currently, and was wondering if anyone has a garage or the tools to lend me a hand. I need to adjust the distributor, it is currently retarded too far, but unfortunately my hood release cable broke so I need to take the bumper/fender off to release it manually and then adjust the distributor. Seeing as my car is parked in R2, it's not a great place to work on it. It is driveable though. So if anyone has an hour to spare, and garage, I thought it would be worth asking before taking it in to the shop where they'd charge me about $300 for something I could do for free.

lol a 10 mm with ratchet can do everything there, but youll be hardpressed to find a garage. all that stuff would take 2 minutes, why not just do it outside?

get some ramps from walmart and do it in the lot... i dont think anyone will give you trouble as long as you dont make a huge mess.
