Head Gasket - Gs dewd - 06-20-2006
Well popped the head gasket in my Eclipse. So anyone in the area want to get some experince or watch as I pull check and fix the mess chime in I am going to be fixing this thing this weekend at my house. older stock head gaskets won't take the punishment of 20 psi of boost if any needs that info. heh

......it should....stock mitsubishi gaskets with 200k miles have done 30psi. Although I do not recommend it...
Replace it with another stock mitsubishi or MLS 4-layer from mitsubishi. They hold punishment up to about 6-800whp in most cases if youve gone with a good arp head studs....

I am going to replace it with the good mitsu head gasket and arps. I have got about an hour into it now but started raining on me. :x

Headgasket job is done car running really good now. I think it may have been on the way out for sometime. It has alot more low end to it now and a little more in the mid to high end then it had.
