SundayMay28th Stunt all welcome. be there and be stupid - Martin - 05-24-2006 I'm opening up an old stunt spot to everyone..Newbies welcome. Sunday 28th PM me for directions. I'm gonna lug my grill out there, we'll cook some weenies, listen to some music, ride some wheelies and drink some beer. Im gonna bring my 3 wheeler for anyone that wants to play/learn. id like to keep it to people that just wanna ride/learn wheelies, a lot of drag racing and general squidlyness tends to mess things up. - Martin - 05-25-2006 no one is coming to my stunt/bbq extravaganza ? - G.Irish - 05-25-2006 Oh sweet I forgot you lived in Nova now, I think I'd be down to hang. I don't really wanna stunt with by RR (she's already been through two drops from the prev owner) but I wouldn't mind trying on the 3 wheeler. - .RJ - 05-25-2006 Damn, i'll be at summit all day instructing and watching bike races on the main track. I'd come out and watch next time, but no wheelies until I replace my clutch plates & springs, they're dead. - Evan - 05-25-2006 be there and be stupid would be a more appropriate title... - Martin - 05-26-2006 Evan Wrote:be there and be stupid would be a more appropriate title...haha done and changed - Martin - 05-26-2006 .RJ Wrote:Damn, i'll be at summit all day instructing and watching bike races on the main track. I just hit my buddys F2 clutch with scotchbright. took the glaze off the discs and fibers... made it like new man. give it a shot.. if you come by the spot I'll do it for ya. - mrbaggio - 05-26-2006 where is this spot? pm? - Sijray21 - 05-26-2006 i would come out and watch if i weren't going to Atlanta this weekend. hopefully this won't be the only one of the summer!
- .RJ - 05-26-2006 Its not slipping, but the clutch doesnt feel quite right - the lever feels kind of dead, and its hard to slip it in/out, feels more like an on/off switch. Bike has 24k miles on it. - ScottyB - 05-26-2006 .RJ Wrote:its hard to slip it in/out, feels more like an on/off switch. they have pills for that - Martin - 05-29-2006 first annual Martino BBQ /Stuntfest was a success I got pics of 5 guys and a chick wheelying a 3 wheeler-combined weight of 905 lbs. but I cant find a place that 'll host it random pics http://s78.photobucket.com/albums/j114/Circlephotos/? - BLINGMW - 05-30-2006 how many dead? this one couldn't have ended well
- G.Irish - 05-30-2006 12 o'clock son! I actually forgot about this, you've gotta send an evite or pm or something next time! Martin did you get to ride the Supermoto at all? I really love the idea of street supermotos and I've been dying to try/slide one. - .RJ - 05-30-2006 G.Irish Wrote:you've gotta send an evite or pm or something next time! Ok Rob
- G.Irish - 05-30-2006 Come on you know I'm a forgetful mofo - Martin - 05-30-2006 hahaha none dead, hes on the rear brake the whole time, decellerating the wheelie, he can touch the tail and bring it down nice and smooth, I have a titanium peg on my tail so it sparks white G, the moto is supposedly the shit, Ive never stunted one but Ive seen people progress very fast in terms of learning the wheelie - ScottyB - 05-30-2006 those motards look really cool. i take it they're alot lighter and easier to stunt than regular sport bikes? (i don't know anything about bikes) |
