ah, it was just a clip they showed of practice earlier in the week. it has nothing to do with race results. i think they segwayed to it with maybe about 15 or 20 min left in the race.

I got it xfered to the computer but it has no sound and I can't convert it to wmv, so I have a 30 seconds clip in MPEG format that is 26MB, amazing flight, those are sweet cars, glad it wasn't the 007

if i remember from the telecast, he had mentioned that the brakes "bottomed out" if i recall. i assume that means the pedal went to the floor and essentially had no brakes. that must be a very scary thing to do in an aston martin. i also remember laughing because they had compared the distance of the aston martin's flight to the wright brother's initial flight
