NoVa car oddities - Goodspeed - 05-07-2006 Well i'm up here in the DC area for a few days, and already have seen quite a few rare and interesting cars.... First I saw an FD RX7 that had its roof chopped off and had a custom convertible top in place, parked next to a tiny 60's Austin Mini.... Next I saw a complete VeilSide 350Z coming out of a Nissan dealership, had the whole body kit, wheels, and graphics of the original car And today, I saw a white R32 GT-R in Merrifield, hauling down the road sounding great. I know theres a white one in Alexandria, I wonder if this was the same car...interesting how I saw a very rare and now illegal GT-R before I saw any form of Supra haha I'm sure this is nothing to those of you who live up here, but this was an interesting two days for me 8) Re: NoVa car oddities - Sijray21 - 05-07-2006 Goodspeed Wrote:...interesting how I saw a very rare and now illegal GT-R before I saw any form of Supra haha i've seen more supra's in H-burg than i have here in nova. the rarest car i've seen on the road here in northern va is a bright yellow Ferrari F50 and a grey RHD Skyline R32 there are some ballers with some serious money and connections in northern va - D_Eclipse9916 - 05-07-2006 lol you should have gone to the euro meet then which was today near me - Goodspeed - 05-07-2006 Yeah I didn't know I was going to be coming up here, kind of a spur of the moment thing. And today I saw a TT, so seeing a Skyline and Supra in the same day was pretty cool Oh and I've literally seen about 20-25 E46 M3's since I've been up here...

It was a kind of pinkish-red in color, with chrome wheels |
