if consensus is to have this spot go to the waiting list, im fine with that. Sad Not trying to cut in line.
However if since he already paid the spot is up for grabs, then Im ok with that too Smile

i feel like since he already paid then he should be able to sell his slot. If he doesn't get reimbursed by MM then he has the right to sell it to whomever he wants.

Derek's not trying to make a profit so why not let the next person on the waitlist buy it. As long as he gets 20 bucks for his spot, why not follow the wait list.

I'm just saying that the spot is 'owned' by Derek since he paid for it. He can chose to offer it to the next person on the wait list, but he doesn't have to. If MM bought the spot back by reimbursing him for it then the waitlist would be used. Property Management Tongue
