POSTPONED: Madison Motorsports 5-Year Banquet - Ryan T - 03-22-2006
It's hard to believe that the club has been around for 5 years now. A lot of cool stuff has happened over those years and its high time we got together and celebrated it! So we will be having a banquet on Sunday April 9th, 2006. The day after the car show.
When: Sunday April 9th, 2006 from 5pm-whenever.
Where: College Center Ballroom B/C.
Food: Everyone that wants to bring something, sign up for what you will bring.
Activities: Overview of the last 5 years with MM from past officers and members as well just a general fun atmosphere.
Like it says above, everyone post up a dish or something that you will bring to the banquet. Also, what main course would you guys like to have? Want to do something like burgers? or maybe chicken breasts?

Jess and I *might* make an effort to stop in on this. We'll be flying back to the US from Paris on that day, arriving mid-afternoon, and we do have to go through Harrisonburg on the way home.
If you don't mind though, I'm not going to commit to bringing anything except dirty laundry and pics of the Nurburgring

Sylvia will be cooking us up some MeatBallz and some Baked beans. Also gonna hook a few 2L of Dr. Pepper and I'm gonna call my mom and see if I can hustle her to make us something.

we have chosen to postpone this event until we can do it right. with finals, and the car show, there simply isn't enough time in the day to do the event justice.
preliminary plans are for holding it at someone's house this summer or late april.
