It'll actually do a lot more good than harm. The companies will love the boost in sales of import performance parts and anyone who has any form of rx7, 240, AE86 etc will enjoy selling their cars for far more than they are worth. The only people whom this will harm are people looking to buy such cars (better get em now!!), and I guess the cops will become extra vigilant against imports around the release of this movie but thats nothing new

that kid was actually pretty good in "Friday Night Lights"
cant say he makes too convincing of an action star though. And not nearly enough charisma to carry a film. Movie is going to tank

i think it will be worth a look just for the chase scenes and stunt work. maybe a rental not a $10 ticket though.
Some of that drifting looks like it one-ups Rhys Millen's stuntwork in Dukes of Hazard, unless of course its computer generated, which is just lame.
