Daytona Races: Saturday, March 11 - Ginger - 03-08-2006
When: Saturday, March 11
Time: Races start at 11
Where: RJ's, PM him for address & directions
Why: Daytona is the big racing event for the US. Miguel DuHamel, defending champ, has won 5 Daytona 200's, tying the record. Nicky Hayden won it once. Buell will be there with the XBRR en masse. Yamaha will be presenting the R6 which is posting literbike laptimes. Did I mention that flat track will be on, too?
Bring: Munchies, drinks, or money to place an order... j00 know the drill.

i just happened to be in daytona for spring break, got to see them qualifying @ Daytona, had to pay 10 bucks could drive aroung in the mid field stand like 20 feet from the track and then go sit up in the stands. I got some vids if anyone can host. It was amazing as hell. It was Bike Week to. Best 10 bucks i spent..

Oh man that must've been sweet. I don't like rovals but seeing the bikes flat out past 180 on the banking had to have been a sight (and sound) to see.
