Harrisonburg seems to be a meeting place sometimes for Ferrari clubs. I saw a few meets randomly while I was down there. Maybe that's what that guy was doing down there, who knows?
Aaron's got some ins with high-end car buyers in the area, maybe he knows who it might have been.

Feersty, I didn't notice/get to see any plates closely since it drove past us, I looked back but couldn't really make anything out. However, looking at my photos zoomed in on my camera I can clearly see a little kid sitting in the passengers seat, and I'm told that the local owner of the Carrera GT has a young son and was in the market for an Enzo so....
