Anyone up for a trip to Massatwoshits? - BLINGMW - 04-16-2004

Tax return's a comin'.... time for another E30 right? This one's at $57 on ebay right now. Reserve's at $100. Aparently it drives just fine. Of course, it's an '85 318i. 161k, manual, spent most of it's life out in cali, as confirmed by carfax (thanks Dave's roomate!). A STEREO WITH 6 disc CD changer too! Talk about luxury. I COULD use another street car, so I can cage my current E30... hmmm.... 8) Anyone up for a road trip?

shit man, if you're for real, head up this way and pick me up on the way, i'm down for long drives :-). Just lets make sure neither of us gets stranded in some pile ;-)

- REED - 04-16-2004

hmm, im deff. down for a trip to Mass, as long as we can make a pit stop in RI, I haven't been home since xmas, plus i know the best way from Hburg to Mass.

- .RJ - 04-16-2004

Channing something is wrong with you

- Feersty - 04-16-2004

I was like what the hell is Massatwoshits.....!

- BLINGMW - 04-18-2004

man, it's up to $217.50, WAaaayyy out of my price range. On further consideration, and after looking at it on mapquest, I realized I could get halfway across the country with a trip that long instead. 1068 miles or something like that. a BIT far. :?

- Feersty - 04-18-2004

Probably wouldn't like those Northerners anyways.

- ViPER1313 - 04-22-2004

If I were going to pick that up I would find a person with a trailer hitch and invest $100 into a u-hall trailer. No damn way I'd trust that car to drive 1000 miles.

- JohnC - 04-22-2004

well chan, what's the story on that thing? i'll volunteer the L for towing duty if someone wants to help me fix the wheel bearing and split the fuel cost... hmm, 1000 miles each way = almost $300 of gas... of course, that thing has to make it down to atlanta right? ouch...

- BLINGMW - 04-22-2004

oh hell no, I'm not driving all the way up there. But it woulda made it back fo sho under its own power!

Hilarious that we all take you seriously - I didn't bat an eye thinking you'd drive 2000 miles for a $50 E30...

- BLINGMW - 04-22-2004

oh, $50? I prob would have gone. But it was over $300! Like I said, a real luxo model.

- Feersty - 04-22-2004

Channing, aren't you making some serious dough?

- .RJ - 04-22-2004
