WTB - BOV - Jeff - 01-31-2006 So, another turbo car means another BOV. I sold my other cheap one. Anyone around here have any or know anyone who does? I need a good cheap one. - D_Eclipse9916 - 01-31-2006 My 2g stock one.....How much boost you planning on running? - Jeff - 01-31-2006 14lbs MAX... - WRXtranceformed - 01-31-2006 You can have my STI stocker for free if you want it. It's had the "crush mod" done to it apparently, which I think lets it hold even more boost? I'm not sure. If you could get it to work on your setup, it would easily hold the boost you're going to be running. - CaptainHenreh - 01-31-2006 WRXtranceformed Wrote:You can have my STI stocker for free if you want it. Thanks Lee. - WRXtranceformed - 01-31-2006 Sure buddy, just let me know how you want to get it. PM me or something, I'll reply in the morning ^_^ This is a recirculating valve just FYI, so it won't vent to the atmosphere. That's actually better for your engine anyhow. I was running so much boost on my old WRX though that the stock bypass valve sounded like an atmospheric aftermarket one heheh - D_Eclipse9916 - 02-01-2006 wow nice!!! Definitely pick that up! - Jeff - 02-01-2006 I can leave it open and it will atmosphere vent...thats what I had on my original PVC setup. Thanks again lee!! |
