Borrowing Truck and Trailer - ViPER1313 - 12-10-2005
My buddy and I are considering buying an 89 SHO in Fredericksburg and transporting it back to MD. ItÔÇÖs not running and would need to be towed. It would be a huge help if I could borrow a trailer and possibly someoneÔÇÖs pickup (might be able to use my fathers, not sure) for a day to save some cash. If you think you could help out make this happen this coming weekend or the weekend after hit me up with a PM.

I'm dying here people - the guy wants $150, the thing has 93k miles, all it needs is a fuel pump, and it has only been sitting for 3 months (at least if he isnÔÇÖt lying, which I will ascertain before I pony up any cash.) He wants it off his land in the next two weeks or itÔÇÖs going to be sent to a salvage yard. At the very least I can make $500 from various parts on the car. Help a brother out 8) .

Oh, and it also looks like it has a Protech Automotive sticker on the intake - the best SHO mechanics in MD.

Get him to fax you a bill of sale, then you can go to the dmv and get 3 day transport tags so you could bring it back here or take it wherever you need to take it.

The car is for my friend, not me, and he has $0 right now - I said I would front him the cash for the car until his other SHO sold. I want to get it, but I'm not trying to shell out $300 plus the price of the car to do it.
