Need a Windows XP Home Edition CD - Ryan T - 12-05-2005

Hey guys, my computer is in need of a reformat in a bad way. I've got my serial number for a reformat but I need the xp home edition disc. It can't be for a dell or something like that though, just the original disc. Any of you guys that can hook me up I'd appreciate it!

I don't know if my serial code will work for XP Pro. Since my computer originally came with Home I figured that was all that would work with my code.

in my experience with the ms partnership thing, you only get one code. i was stupid and used mine on my parent's machine when i built it for them...

I was told by the company that I bought the computer from that as long as I still have my original code that I used for this computer it will work when I reformat it.

i have a Home disc and a Pro disc, the Home is a Dell one though.

Thats why you need to obtain a VLK

i have them, thanks, but if you happen to have a well-known (found on the interweb) VLK you cannot get windows updates.
