I mentioned making this in Ryan's thread, figured I'd post up some pics to get your mouth watering!

This was a BIG PITA to make, but worth it!

To start, you debone the birds!

Then layer them and add stuffing,

Then sew them up and add butter, mmmm

After about 10hrs, you end up with something like this,

We used a 5lb chicken (hen), 9lb duck and 24lb turkey, 1/2 of it fed about 7 adults.

Nice one Chad... it looks a lot better than the one we ordered several years ago for a feast. Perhaps you'll be loaning the recipe to Ryan?

Besides, I have just resolved myself to not ever cooking anything in my kitchen, its too damn dirty (roomates dont give a shit about cleanliness)
