I just eclipsed (haha!) 50 miles on the new (rebuilt) engine. Feels pretty damn good so far.

Next up...big injectors so I can run the crazy engine blowing boost again.

If MachV and my own dumbass hadn't delivered parts late or broken important things I already had this message would have been posted a week or two ago.

If I make it out to a 1/4 mile track before I leave for basic (not really going to happen) I'd expect some 12.2's to 12.7's at 120 to 124. That's on the expectation that I'd be running on a normal every day street tire.

But I really doubt I'll hit another 1/4 track since this season is closing out and next season won't have started before the air force owns my life.

The good news is that I'll be putting the smack down on a dynochart near you real soon...so that I can purchase the tags I want: '400 plus.'

What I really want to do before I leave for basic is get on a real track, as Evan calls them. HPDE in February will probably be my best shot.

Pads, rotors, some good brake fluid, ss lines and a decent set of rubber....start telling me who and what I should buy before then.
