I'm looking to head to the Ballston area to a house off of Wilson Blvd. I'm fine with living with all randoms, but thought I'd throw it out there to anyone in the club...

2 open bedrooms (I already claim that basement if we do this), tons of storage space, newly renovated, awesome location...

I was trying to find a SFH in the Greenbriar area (behind the shopping area) to rent. 2 car garages, big driveways is all I need.. And some roomates who aren't crackheads..

coworker lives there, so only half the time. it isn't a bad commute at all on the toll road, i've done it quite a few times. probably about the same as your commute...

It will probably take you 40 minutes in the morning and 45-60+ minutes in the afternoon.
Mine is 25 minutes, no matter what time i leave or go home

Cottage St -> Lawyers Rd -> Hunter Mill Rd -> Sunrise Valley Rd -> Herndon Pkwy
If i leave really early (7am) I'll head up gallows and pick up 495N to the toll road, and get off on ffx county parkway, but it only saves 5 or 6 minutes.

This coming up febuary I finally turn 21...I just want a place that isnt a far drive from mason, and a place with a garage so I can wrench and chit..

yeah your area isn't too bad, but still a little further from the action than i'd like.
