We'll be doing the on car and on campus flier drop next Wednesday. I need any and all volunteers to help visit all the apartment and campus lots, as well as campus buildings. We will begin at 1pm meeting at the ISAT gravel lot. Here is the list I have from the meeting:

Ok, this is a reminder. I would greatly appreciate all that said they could do this to be there. Mike, can you send a reminder email out. I'll have the locations figured out for each group. There will be 2 in each group for the large areas, and individuals for other areas.

Bulletin board fliers need to be authorized, which can be done in TDU. Each flier will need to contain no mention of alcohol, a mention of the BBQ, a JMU e-mail address for contact, and a mention of the show (duh).
For car fliers we're breaking the rules, since they aren't allowed on campus. If we're reprimanded we'll have a strike against us, but that is no big deal since we're allowed 2 per year.

Yep, we've discussed it and decided to postpone. We do however want to get the full page fliers around to the buildings, so we'll be doing that Thursday night around 8pm.
