TVR hotness - ScottyB - 03-22-2004

well the brits have done it again. i love the styling of the new lotus exige, and now tvr has come out with a track-oriented car that, although its in its first stage, looks like it will stay the same overall. i took one look at this car and soiled my drawers. bad to the f'in bone!

Quote:Take this new Tuscan R as a prime example. It costs £75,000 so I asked the inevitable question of Baldrick. "Does it have anti-lock brakes, or an airbag or traction control?"

"Nope," he said beamingly. "We're still making our cars for heterosexuals."

haha, this is coming from the guy that drives a bar of soap with a windshield Tongue

as for the oil leak, well, tvr makes do with electical problems i think

Those fins look like shit. Are they functional?

- ScottyB - 03-22-2004

yeah they are, most likely to relieve pressure in the wheel wells during high speed driving. all the stuff ive read about it so far says its a very race oriented car. it will also be one of the first cars to use a road-worth sequential gearbox. pretty cool stuff

RJ - that quote is classic!

I always though those cars looked like ferrari 550's with down syndrome, is it just me, or does every one else think they look a little weird?

- REED - 03-31-2004
