no, i did not procreate, thankfully.
my family will have a 2000 toyota tundra club-cab chillin the driveway as of sunday. its a V6, 4x4, auto with the TRD off road package, and 15,000 lazy miles. oh, and it's silver.
basically, my grandpa bought the truck new a few years back. he's always had trucks, but now that he's getting pretty old he wanted something smaller, but still utilitarian. long story short, the poor guy lost a fight to poor circulation in his right leg and had to have it amputated. this is also coming at a time in his life when he and my grandma are moving to an assisted living community, so the truck had to go. my dad is buying it from him for a pretty low price, and it will replace either our deathtrap minivan or my honda (eventually)....our driveway is like a used car lot, but my dad couldn't pass it up. plus, he doesnt want to drive his audi in the winter if he doesnt have to so the truck may take it's place in the snowy weather.
i'll have pics sunday! i'm pretty excited, i want to raise hell with it off road and maybe i can steal it to do some towing work for me someday when i have a track rat like some of you guys!
