There is a purposal to bring a minor league baseball team and a build a stadium on Port Road diagonally accross form the McDonalds. Good idea?

not at all. not enough people to fill the seats IMO. a drag strip would do pretty well, but the one in waynesboro isn't all that far away... althought the waynesboro strip might only be 1/8mi.

I agree with mike about the seating. And I know you were joking, but a Nascar track around here would be absolutely horrible. You think traffic is bad on parents weekend...you have no idea.
