I've no plans of doing anything but fixing the Supra, I just thought that a 1JZ powered Volvo was, well, really interesting. The Exotic Lady isn't going anywhere.

An old friend of mine in high school apparently swapped a 5.0L V8 or something similarly ridiculous into his mom's vulva station wagon. Last I heard he kept having problems blowing his tranny. Go figure :roll:

there's a student at tech that has this setup. its a 240DL wagon with a turbo 5.0

JTR makes a kit to put a GM Small block into a volvo. It's only 250 bucks. Of course, then you have to go buy a monte carlo or something to get the engine, but from what I've heard it suits the car very well.

nope. that was a 240 sedan with a stock turbo 4 i think
