sweet....so does your family own a car sales bussiness or did someone you know buy it?

- WRXtranceformed - 11-14-2004

Those trucks are so beast. I'm jealous, i'd like to drive one too 8)

- Chris - 11-14-2004

thats actually pretty cool- 48K to experience viper power... sort of a bargain compared to a viper, but an outragously expensive truck none-the-less.

- Sijray21 - 11-14-2004

i've always been a fan of the dodge ram trucks, and i've always found that truck very appealing in multiple aspects

 for that truck

- Jeff - 11-14-2004

My family owns the dealership about 40mins away, you can test drive it. Smile

See? One MM'er sacrificing for the next. We need more like you Wink

- BLINGMW - 11-14-2004

bah, whatever, but did it have 650ft/lbs of torque like the one I drove today? And why is it so ugly? </hater comment>

- Jeff - 11-14-2004

No 650ft/lbs of torque....but 500. There is just something about the fastest street legal truck in the world, oh, and limited production, oh, and a Viper truck, oh and lets not forget BIG SEXY TRUCKISM. LOL, its all good, there is something magical about a 300hp Omni too. We never get this cool stuff at our little dealership, just Crossfires and stuff like that. What did you roll with tourqe like that? If the wing offends you it comes off Smile My dad is calling the guy that bought the only Viper we ever had to see if we can trade a truck for a car....and guess who is goin for the car Smile Smile Smile

- Mike - 11-14-2004

that is fookin sweet...

on second thought... damn that is really f'ing cool.... ahhh! i want it!

- KPWSerpiente - 11-15-2004

Holy fuck. As soon as we replace my passenger side axle we're taking a trip to your dealership. And we're test driving that truck. And you can replace all of those 'we's' with I's. Cause we're all about that shit.

:?:

"still a truck" ???? ! ??? !!!

- .RJ - 11-15-2004

Mike, you know tree huggers cant drive trucks! Wink

- lyltoy - 11-15-2004

mmm I could use a new truck, and for a viper motor I would most certainly part ways with the Tacoma. I can smell the rubber burning already

- Evan - 11-15-2004

I find it slightly ironic that they put a truck motor back in a truck, but still call it a viper motor :p

badass truck though, Ive seen a couple of them so far

I was thinking the same thing!!!

- Jeff - 11-15-2004

I suppose that is true in a way...but the truck V-10 sucked in the old 96's and 7's. A customer has one and I've driven it from his house and back a couple of times and it is gutless (granted it has almost 150,000 miles on it). I could smoke it all day long in a 3.7 Dakota. I think there is a power to weight difference there though. However one interesting note is that the Viper engine shares no common parts with the old truck outside of the block. There are to separate sets of tools and two different books to go along. I think the only common tools I found when I was organizing our special tools was an oil filter wrench and a valve spring compressor tool. Also, this engine is the NEW viper engine (505) which has nothing at all in common with the old V-10 truck or the old viper, except maybe the color of the valve covers.

- WRXtranceformed - 11-15-2004

I bet you could tune the hell out of that car too... ECU management and some exhaust upgrades... maybe a banks twin turbo if you had the loot ??!? Destruction on wheels~~ 8)
