Blair, Justin M and Jeff may choose from the following positions below. Although you are welcome to switch around responsibilities or days, the positions must be covered by someone at all times. If they are not covered, credits will not be received.
Also, I am working on hotel rooms right now. Please let me know by post or e-mail who will be arriving Friday evening versus Sat morning. Thanks!

Positions available:
(1) SATURDAY: Arrive by 6:45AM to help with tech and registration.
8:00 AM report to timing and scoring. Work all race practice sessions, qualifying and races. SUNDAY: Arrive for 7:30 AM Meeting. Work grid all day.
(2) SATURDAY: Arrive by 6:45AM to help with tech and registration. 8:00AM report to timing and scoring. Work all race practice sessions, qualifying and races. SUNDAY: Arrive for 7:30AM Meeting. Work grid all day.
(3) SATURDAY: Arrive for 7:30AM All Hands meeting. 8AM report to grid to work all day. 5PM report to concessions area to help with party setup, kegs, etc. SUNDAY: Arrive for 7:30AM Meeting. Report to timing and scoring by 8AM and work all race practice sessions, qualifying and races. Help pack up timing and scoring equipment at end of day.

both jeff and I (blair) will work position 1 and 2 because we will be driving together and those positions both arrive and leave at same times.
so we will work.

I sent you a few e-mails about this weekend. You will see your name is included in the above post as an "Other" position. We will need you to work position number 3.
