you're right, but i've seen plenty of 13 and 14 seconds cars.

You don't understand Mike. The differences between a 14 second and 12 second care is huge. The differences between a 10 second car and a 12 second car will blow you away. Anything that runs sub 8 seconds is in a world of its own.
