Usually this comes out in like Sept/Oct but pandemic or something. I feel like nothing was really surprising this time around. If anything,the 765LT probably should have been a good deal faster than the 720S but I suspect they just didn't get the best out of it.

Now that you mention it, that CLA45 time is a bit of a surprise and very impressive. It went faster than the last M2, and M4 they tested and is around top 10 for sedans.
Kinda pricey, I'm curious to see what the CT4 and CT5 Blackwings can do.

If they end being close to the CLA45 with the manual transmission I think I might have to get one of those instead

The Atom does a 2:57 on grand... and a 2:10ish on Full course... so the comparable to the H1 cars. The H2 cars might be 7ish seconds behind (so a 3:04) on grand course.

I shouldn't be surprised about this given the absurd amount of power it has, but I'm surprised at how the GT500 finished. Maybe it's because the old ones were ridiculous as a track car, but I always had the idea that even the new ones would be stupid scary to drive on track.

From the article it sounded like they were at least a little bit scared of that car. Ford test driver sai, 'there are more seconds left on the table' and they were like nah I'm good...
