NoVA area track/race alignment shop - Evan - 10-09-2020 Anyone know of a good Nova area shop to do track alignments for a reasonable price? MachV is booked for a while. RE: NoVA area track/race alignment shop - Kaan - 10-09-2020 try GTPeace... NoVA area track/race alignment shop - Senor_Taylor - 10-09-2020 Or NGP. Don't bother calling intersport. They charge like $300+ for alignments. I do not know if EDA will do it but Max knows his way around a BMW and other cars and I'm sure if you tell him what you want to do he can do it. EDA is located right next to Intersport in Tysons, they will be doing the m5 conversion on my e39 wagon when I scrape enough funds together (can't do it in my parents garage or they will actually kill me for hogging a garage bay) RE: NoVA area track/race alignment shop - Senor_Taylor - 10-11-2020 (10-11-2020, 09:57 PM)Mateo8 Wrote: do it with Intersport and drool over their Porsche 911 race cars, or 911s in general as they do the job.... There's an e10 sitting outside rotting away though. Speaking of cool old BMWs there is a hellrot red e28 m5 that sits in the back of the Pulcinella's parking lot and has been there over the past couple of weeks, if you're in the area, cool car RE: NoVA area track/race alignment shop - Gordonovski - 10-12-2020 (10-09-2020, 10:39 PM)Senor_Taylor Wrote: Or NGP. RE: NoVA area track/race alignment shop - navin - 10-12-2020 Another option -- TJ Hutson runs the shop here: https://www.motorsportsolutionsinc.com/ or maybe Ptuning? RE: NoVA area track/race alignment shop - Evan - 10-13-2020 Everybody is pretty booked. Covid who? Chatted with TJ briefly and he seems to know what he is doing and his prices are reasonable. I would take the car there in the future. For this time unfortunately I dont have much lead time. A guy at a local shop that does the alignments for the busted old British cars from London Auto said he would "give it a shot" tomorrow (a day before I leave for VIR) Camber plates are pretty fucking easy, so Im optimistic...... NoVA area track/race alignment shop - Senor_Taylor - 10-15-2020 I'm subscribed to this too. Tired of trailering my car 45 minutes to Mach V for the only race alignment under $300 I can find. TJ at Motorsports Solutions quoted me $200 for an alignment and $500 for alignment and cornerweight/balance. But he is in Manassas. If you are looking for close, then Darrell at Don's Sunoco by Safeway on 29 did mine for $200. He did a pretty good job and he seemed genuinely interested in working on something other than another Karen SUV, but he still wasnt a motorsports guy so I had to show him everything, and also his rack did not have turnplates in the back. |
