Hello, I'm Ryan Showalter, a sophomore computer science major. I recently bought a 2016 GTI SE w/ PP, LP, DAP. Here's some low light, low quality garage pictures.

I have a real plate mount coming tomorrow, don't worry! I don't plan to do much to the car yet, as it still has a bit of warranty left on it.

Thanks! I'd love to test out a Golf R like yours in the future, but that was about $10k more than this car for all the examples I could find.

Was heading towards getting PSS16s and RSE10s but beer flu took a dumb on the economy so gonna wait for a bit.

It's a 6 speed. Honestly, all of the packages it has just makes it more expensive. I was told it would cost $170 just for the headlight bulb that needs to be replaced since I have the LP. My wallet hurts.

Ouch. Have you checked DAP, FCP, or USP for that? They usually have pretty good prices.

The OEM bulb is $145 on DAP, but I was planning on getting the work done as well as an oil change at the dealership anyway. I don't want to void my warranty in case something goes wrong in these early miles under my ownership.

These cars without the lighting package is a travesty. Mine was an 18 SE (mk7.5 SE came with PP and LP by default) 6 Speed. Great car.
