2018 Honda Civic Type-R - G.Irish - 08-19-2019

So with the pending arrival of baby #3, we're going to a three car lineup, so I'll be selling my CTR and getting something cheaper.  I've actually had a couple of decent offers from dealership buyers, so I may just close the deal this week, but I thought I'd throw this up here too in case anyone in the club is interested.

Yeah I didn't lose much money on this car, and it was fun while it lasted. Still feels bad man. But I guess it would feel a lot worse if I lost my ass.

The worse feeling is my growing realization that I should probably switch to an EV at some point...

We're switching to a three car lineup, so technically I don't have to worry much about passengers. Buying a last gen Odyssey, then wifey is probably getting a CR-V.

As far as a EV goes the E-Tron GT has my attention but I have no idea what it will cost. I'm guessing it'll be close to $100k and unless Microsoft makes me a big offer or I get a job at Amazon, it's not in the cards. I would get a Clarity PHEV right now and cash in on the $7500 rebate, but resale value would lock me into that choice for a good while.

I'm kind of in limbo right now as far as cars go.
