TVR Sagaris Now Available for Import - G.Irish - 09-11-2018 As a kit car with a LS V8. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk RE: TVR Sagaris Now Available for Import - JPolen01 - 09-11-2018 I remember playing The Getaway on PS2 when I was a kid. Almost like a British GTA style game. The TVR was always my favorite car to drive and it was a handful. This is a pretty cool opportunity for 10 people. RE: TVR Sagaris Now Available for Import - G.Irish - 09-11-2018 Putting a weak engine in a TVR is a tacit admission that you are afraid to die, wear socks with your sandals, and still wet the bed. I lol'd RE: TVR Sagaris Now Available for Import - Goodspeed - 09-11-2018 Oh. Oh my. This is amazing and I need it. Kinda unclear to me, is this outfit essentially reproducing new Sagaris's's like Factory Five with the Cobra kits, or did they stumble upon a stash of unbuilt cars from a decade ago? Their site says "only 10 for 2019", so hopefully if they're the former, they'll keep building them into the future. Because I want one. Kind of funny that a LS powered Sagaris reminds me of another British coupe that came and went like a flash in the pan in the middle 00's, the Marcos TSO GT. It debuted when the LS2 that powered it was hot off the assembly lines in '05 and was around for maybe a year or two. There's a few road tests out there comparing the two cars; it & the Sagaris were always way up high on my favorite British cars list. ![]() ![]()

RE: TVR Sagaris Now Available for Import - ScottyB - 09-11-2018 i feel like LS Swapping a TVR is one of the only things you can do to make it LESS likely to murder you RE: TVR Sagaris Now Available for Import - JPolen01 - 09-11-2018 (09-11-2018, 02:13 PM)Apoc Wrote: Buddy of mine in England inherited a TVR. RE: TVR Sagaris Now Available for Import - D_Eclipse9916 - 09-11-2018 Do these things drive well? I LOVED this car in Gran Turismo. ABS vis a vis MK60 standalone kits, a nice LS7 (because if you are buying a TVR, you can't measly put an LS3 in it); and probably be a fun as hell runabout. |
