Good luck with the sale man, that is a beautiful ride! Sometime life does indeed get in the way of our ultimate selfish car goals, but as someone who also "downsized" a vehicle in part to help give us an extra cushion for the unexpected with a nice, new home purchase I definitely know where you're coming from.

The FoRS is a pretty strong option and is probably better than the M3 in infotainment stuff (by virtue of being 8 years newer). The rear diff is a weak spot that there aren't any aftermarket solutions for though.
