Karting was discussed. Meet in R1 before 7:30. Rides finalized and details discussed about dinner/lunch. Plan for randomizing teams discussed and almost nailed down. Collected money and added a few late additions. BE SURE TO BRING LONG PANTS, CLOSED TOES SHOES, AND GLOVES TO USE WHILE DRIVING. IT WILL BE COLD!
- Leave before 8AM
- Arrive and check in before 10AM
- 10AM-12PM Kart (10 or 11 teams of 3)
- 1:15 Eat Lunch at a place to be determined
- Before 4 come back to the burg
March VIR was explained a little more. People going arranged rides among themselves.
Car Show - Talked about loose ends and final prep.
Tentative schedule
- Before 8 - Setup
- 9:30 Registration Opens
- 10:30 Food is cooked until 12:30
- 12 registration soft close and judging begins
- 1 PM winners announced, prizes handed out
- 2 PM show ends officially, cleanup begins
- 4 PM Cruise
- 6 PM Dinner at O'Neils
- 8 Party Setup at Taylor's
SUNDAY
- 2 AM Clean up puke
- 8 AM - Leave R1 for Verona, vroom vroom
Rough work schedule for volunteers. Big Wheels may not happen so those people will be extra hands for whatever pops up.

Hyperfest
Showed Hyperfest thread and described event to raise interest. Lost of members going. Starting to arrange camping details.
Elections
Election threads are up and voting will be head Wednesday after Car Show in ISAT 350. Only in person ballots and absentee votes via a PM to JAMES WATKINS (EclipseTurbno93) will be counted.
