Several family friends live out in magnolia green. Just for the hell of it, I looked at prices of houses in there. Not yet...lol. but you'll definitely be closer to where I currently reside

Yea Magnolia Green is nice and all but the $$ they want for those lots is pretty silly.

We are going to build in Westerleigh (Main Street Homes), bigger lot for the money, and IMO nicer houses.

Yea I feel like I wouldn't be happy without a nice big lot for a garage to go on but I have a few years to worry about it. I definitely don't need the golf course so probably a waste of money in there.

I love the extra deep garage, that'll be awesome for a little workshop/storage area.

With like 14ft ceilings in the garage, most of the storage will be overhead, above the garage door.

With 14ft ceilings you'll probably be able to squeeze a 4th car under the lift should your stable expand to that point while you guys are still there.

It's definitely good to give yourself room to grow when you're doing a new construction. My dad is still kicking himself for doing a 2.5 car garage.
