Connor Hamel Intro - CJH14fiST - 10-02-2015

Hi everyone! I'm Connor, I'm a junior Intelligence Analysis Major here at JMU. I'm originally from Long Island New York and I drive a 2014 Ford Fiesta ST. I bought the FiST in May, but prior to that I had a 1999 Mustang GT Convertible. If my first two car purchases didn't indicate this already, I'll just put it out there now and say I'm a pretty big Ford guy. '69 Boss 429 is my favorite Ford, but my favorite car is the Aston Martin V12 Vantage S. Most of my time spent at home is with friends either modding a '14 Focus ST, or attempting to get an '03 Ranger to stop misfiring. (Not as easy as it sounds) So I guess I'm decent with a wrench. I do have a general idea of what direction I want to take my car in, so hopefully I will get started on that soon. MM has been a lot of fun so far, and I'm looking forward to meeting everyone else!

Welcome! You got the best color on the FiST.

I had a FoST once. I think I would have been far happier with a blue FiST. The Fiesta embodies the "bonkers Ford" vibe a lot better, IMO.

Hope to see you at VIR/Summit and the autocross near JMU coming up! The ST twins are great autocross/track chassis'.

Ayy welcome to the party, man! I absolutely love your car, you definitely have to autox. Jake let me do a fun run in his old FoST and it's pretty much made for it. I forgot I wanted to ride on the way back with you on the cruise haha. Next time!

Rangers are like 80% of all the cars I have to pull parts for at my job haha, all the owners hate them lol.

welcome, big fan of the FiST. probably the best hot hatch in the last 10 years. love that green color they offer it in, fits its personality :lol:
