FS: Fitbit Surge $125 - JustinG - 09-03-2015 I think I wanna try one of these new smart watches that are on there way this fall. So, if ya want to give the Surge a try, here ya go. I had it when the launched back in January, this is #2, the first batches had a wear issue where the bands would wear thin and start to show the plastic underneath. This one has shown no signs of wear in the 2-3 months I have had it since replacement. #1 showed signs of wear after 2 months, so the issue seems to be resolved. Their CS is amazing, so if you have issues just tell em ya bought it from Target or whatever and they will take care of you. Has worked well for cycling with the built in GPS, and HR is accurate for a wrist mounted HR sensor. I have especially enjoyed the call and text notifications while at work. Avg about 5-6 days of battery life with no GPS tracking. $125 OBO shipped to your door, includes original box, charging cable, and USB for syncing to your PC. Re: FS: Fitbit Surge $175 - SlimKlim - 09-03-2015 Which one you eyeballin? The new moto360 looks very pretty but still has that flat-tire screen which kinda kills it. I dig the Huawei ones but the black leather band is the only one with a somewhat reasonable price. Re: FS: Fitbit Surge $175 - JustinG - 09-03-2015 The new 360. I don't mind the flat tire. It's the only round watch with a light sensor, which will help on battery life. Black band, and then a $20 steel band from target, done. I was really digging the new gear s2, but I think the price tag is gonna kill that one. Re: FS: Fitbit Surge $175 - SlimKlim - 09-03-2015 For what it's worth the I've been using the LG Urbane with the "Always On" screen feature activated and I've been using some of the more detailed/interactive watch faces, and I'm using maybe only half of the battery life in a day. I was worried how long it would last at first too. Re: FS: Fitbit Surge $175 - JustinG - 09-09-2015 Dropped the price. Re: FS: Fitbit Surge $125 - JustinG - 09-09-2015 SOLD |
