Is this the track that was closed for the ITR Expo? Does anyone know when it closed and if there are plans for re-opening?

Here is the designer of the track. Besides Arizona, they have designed Beaver Run and CMP, as well as many others.

Does anyone know this company's reputation and future tracks being opened?
What do you guys feel is the future of tracks in the U.S. Is there still a huge market and NEED for new tracks, or is the market saturated? If there is a need for more tracks, where in the U.S (or world) would be a good area to build?

Awesome! Gingerman Raceway has garage space for rent. Now you can store your car at the track. This is perfect for racers close to the track or people that use it as their home track.

Sounds like someone is doing a research paper
New tracks will bring in revenue but the problem is they are very expensive to build, and nearly everywhere there is a proposed new track all the NIMBY's run to the town council beatings, er meatings, and scream bloody murder.... without recognizing that tracks bring in revenue to the community.
