HELP! Ford dealers in the Northern VA area - fiveoh2go - 02-07-2015

Looking to purchase a new Ford soon and was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a decent Ford dealer in the NoVa/DC area. Even better if you have a particular salesperson in mind as well.

Would like to buy locally through a dealer in the Valley but the lots around here just don't have selection that the larger dealers in NoVa do.

My friend got his St from sheehy Ford in Warrenton. Said they worked with him. Also another one in Leesburg off of Route 7 East but I know they don't deal too much so I'd go to Warrenton first.

Edit: Dealer in Leesburg is Jerry's Ford. Also malloy Ford in winchester fixed the same guys St. Lot of options up there.

If you already know what car/packages you want, email every dealer in a 2 hr radius or whatever you'll drive to pick up. If they have it then you can start to beat down the price.

Did that with the Fit and ended up Harrisonburg met the price I wanted

this. the only way to get the best price is competitive offers

we bought annes focus this way and ended up with Koons Ford off rt 7 in falls church / 7 corners as the best price (and we ordered the car).
do not waste your time with the ford in springfield. they gave us a quote over email then refused to honor it when we went in. (gave us the "oh well tim isn't here and there is no way I can honor that price")

If you haven't done it already, check the X plan price for the car you want.

I worked with Jon Chinn at Sterling Ford and he was 1) super nice 2) no bullshit and 3) got me the best price on the FoST within 300 miles, at the time.

Also worked with a guy named Pat at Ted Britt in Fairfax on the FoST. He couldn't get me the best price on that car, but did get a friend of mine a very good price on a Focus SE a few months later. Also very nice and no pressure/BS.

I'd call both dealers, talk to those two guys, and see who can earn your bidniss.

Drove up to Koons this afternoon and worked with Jon on a new car purchase. Thanks for the recommendation Jake...he was as advertised and super laid back/zero pressure.

Hope you got the AWD Tempo!

But really, glad Jon is still there and "as advertised" - I haven't seen him in a few years now! Looking forward to finding out what you picked up!
